JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor - Locum

PQE: 3+ years’ PQE
SALARY: £40 - £50 per hour
THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity to join a well-established law firm, offering advice in a broad range of client services. This firm boasts exceptional legal experts, who is currently seeking an experienced Private Client locum lawyer with specific focus on all areas of wills, probates and LPAs. You will be expected to travel to the office, and the firm is flexible to appoint a professional on a full-time basis, or part-time working is available offering two or three days per week.
THE CANDIDATE:
The client is looking for a qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ experience in Private Client law using their locum experience to hit the ground running. Your previous experience should encompass all areas of Private Client law, especially showcasing good experience in will drafting, probate administration and drafting a lasting power of attorney. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a commitment to high standards of client care and providing high quality professional advice. You must have passion for providing clients with expert advice on IHT, and ability to draft legally valid wills and LPAs. You should be able to commit to travelling to the office and carry out work for the firm at least two days per week.
