Salary Job Title: Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive or Fee Earner
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-quality cases, providing expert advice and guidance to our valued clients. This role offers the chance to develop professionally within a supportive and collaborative environment, working alongside experienced professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met effectively.
Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct legal research and stay abreast of developments in relevant areas of law.
Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings as required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or qualified by experience with a minimum in Private Client law.
Solid understanding of wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning matters.
Strong drafting and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
