World Class Scientist who is a major player within the AI space is looking for a Private EA to come on board and support him with his day to day life. This role will be mainly supporting this interesting and inspiring individual but by default there will be wider support to his family wo are based in Oxfordshire. We are looking for a bright, switched on, detail orientated EA to come on board and provide him with sophisticated support. Ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent communication skills, you will also be flexible in approach and self motivated as this role is mainly remote. You will be dealing with complicated financials and so a highly numerate candidate is required, in particular we are looking for someone use to dealing with tax affairs. In addition, we are looking for someone who is used to dealing with complex project work.
Role Details:
- Keep track of & organize all personal life tasks –
- Hire and manage correspondence with accountants/bookkeepers for US & UK taxes
- Hire and manage professionals for selling a property in the US and one in the UK Inbox management
- Book travel
- Diary management across time-zones with a busy schedule
Work Structure:
Hours: it would be a normal 40 hour week.
Round the clock & weekends not needed, and the role won’t require to travel.
Location: London, hybrid possible.
Character: he is an extremely nice person. Could be characterized as an absent minded professor type!
