This highly regarded global law firm has more than 45 offices across the United States, Asia, Australia, and Europe. The London office is known for providing integrated legal team to address complex global transactions, corporate investigations, and major disputes. They provide comprehensive international, domestic, and cross-border advise across a broad range of practice areas.
The firm's Private Equity practice advise a growing roster of domestic and international clients including fund sponsors and investors across all asset classes, including Private Equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge, credit, and infrastructure, on the full spectrum of issues faced across the entire lifecycle of a Private Equity fund.
The team are now seeking a mid-level associate to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years' PQE in Private Equity transactions gained from a highly regarded law firm in London. Candidates should also have excellent academics.
