A rare opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Private Personal Assistant (PA) to join and support a family in London, overseeing all facets of their private life. This is a newly created role, requiring solid experience as a Private PA and a track record of longevity and commitment to previous principals.
You will be involved with coordinating frequent personal travel (booking flights, organising transportation and accommodation, managing itineraries), researching and managing medical/general insurance, coordinating and attending appointments, having responsibility for the household budget and expenses, assisting with event planning, and project supervision of a new home renovation.
This much-trusted position will call for mindfulness of personal space, confidentiality, high attention to detail, and a calm focused approach.
Both professional members of the family are extremely warm and friendly and are looking forward to this new chapter in engaging someone to support their everyday personal life whilst they focus on their commercial businesses.
