Job Description
- Project Management: manage projects from start to finish,which includes but not limited to layout preparation, equipment commissioning & compiling supporting documentation
- Using CIP & LEAN principles to root cause and problem solve - ways to reduce production costs, improve efficiency and yield
- Working closely with Production leaders in driving Continuous Improvement and a lean culture for the business
- Proactive problem-solving support of reoccurring productions issues including downtime, performance and quality issues using various problem-solving techniques eg; 5Y's, Fishbone, 8D's, etc
- Compile and manage supporting documentation for all new and existing equipment: SOP's, BOM's, PFMEA, ECR's, ECO's, etc
- Promoting Health and Safety standards
- Liaise with supply chain, production, technical teams to enable Continuous Improvement of all performance & quality related KPIs in line with the company objectives
