Description
- Evaluating manufacturing processes and equipment to identify areas of improvement.
- Developing innovative solutions to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborating with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to implement process changes.
- Maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures.
- Creating process documentation to ensure consistency.
- Training staff on new processes and procedures.
- Liaising with suppliers and customers to improve product quality.
Profile
A successful Process Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in process simulation and risk assessment.
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing best practices and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
