Excellent opportunity to join an international company which is continuing to expand new markets while offering the chance to work in a specialist field and work on a site boasting state of the art equipment.
On offer is a newly created role for the site where they are looking for either a Manager or Senior Engineer looking for a step up to join their expanding Management team.
The company are global business, spanning 3 continents, specialising in manufacturing solutions for various industries including, but not limited to, Aerospace, Automotive and Oil & Gas. Having been around for almost a century, this company are looking for a Process Engineering Manager to join their Newport site and aid their growth in a newly created role. On offer is a generous package as well the opportunity for the right candidate to develop themselves within the business.
The core responsibilities of this role will managing the Engineering department, providing cradle-to-grade process management for new processes and also improving existing manufacturing processes. You will manage a small team of 2 and coordinate with the Site Manager for projects and work.
The right candidate will have previously come from a transferable engineering background and have experience of Continuous Improvements and have knowledge of Quality Engineering standards. It is essential that you have either a metallurgy or thermal spray or heat treatment industry experience.

*Experience managing engineering processes
*Transferable industry knowledge - Aerospace, Automotive, Oil and Gas, Industrial, Energy etc.
*Continuous improvement background
*Essential that a candidate has either thermal spray or metallurgy background
