This company are committed to excellence in every area of their business. As a Procurement Officer, you'll play a crucial role in the success of the business by ensuring efficient procurement processes and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Ashford, Kent, with free parking and also close to local transport links
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with 1 hour for lunch
Annual leave: 20 days + a day off for your Birthday + 3 'Life Days'
As the Procurement Officer your duties and responsibilities would be to:
- Over see the end to end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts
- Ordering stock
- Analysing market trends
- Conducting supplier evaluations
- Collaborating with other departments such as the warehouse and accounts
You'll be the perfect match for this company if you have:
- Experience in a similar Procurement role
- Experience using an ERP system
- A passion for continuous improvement
- Commitment to quality and compliance with procedures
