Are you a supply chain or Procurement Specialist with a background in electromechanical manufacturing? Would you like to play a key role in developing the supply chain of a leading business?
Established for over 50 years, this industry leading company design and manufacture specialist electromechanical products for clients around the globe. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years, leading them to go through a period of ongoing expansion. They are now in the process of revamping their supply chain, and are therefore looking for a supply chain or Procurement Specialist to join their specialist team.
In this role, working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will be tasked with developing the businesses existing supply base. This will involve identifying, negotiating with, and bringing on board new suppliers. As part of this you will be managing the tender process and conducting regular supplier reviews in order to ensure the supply chain is as efficient as possible. You will also be provided with further training opportunities and have the chance to progress into a senior management position.
This role would therefore suit an experienced supply chain or Procurement Specialist with experience in electromechanical manufacturing, who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role at an industry leading company.

The Person:
- End-to-end supply chain experience
- Proven experience developing supplier bases
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience managing tender processes
- Commutable to Portsmouth
