In this role, the successful Procurement Specialist will assist in developing and delivering sales activities comprising of procurement consultancy to both the public and private sector. You will also and undertake bid writing on behalf of the company and suppliers and providing managed tender services as appropriate to a range of clients.

This role would someone with recent public sector procurement and regulations experience.

The Role

• Developing enquiries into revenue through communicating effectively with prospective customers, which may include telephone, face to face or e-mail communications
• Delivering procurement related consultancy and guidance through to fully managed procurement services in line with client specifications.

The Person

• Recent public sector procurement and regulations experience
• Experience in delivering procurement benefits through use of procurement tools
• Familiarity in aiding end-users to develop specifications and/or authoring compliant tender documentation
