Software Product Manager / Product Owner (dual role, but with a heavier leaning to Product Management).  100% remote role ‘WFH’. Highly successful healthcare software company seeks an experienced Product Manager / product owner (it combines both disciplines), as they continue to grow.

Product Manager – the products:

Cover a range of desktop (MacOS and Windows), both mobile and web applications, and a number of internal web tools, used in growing area of healthcare.

Product Manager – the role:

This opportunity can utilise a wide range of your skills. From a product management perspective, you will be overseeing the global vision of the product, the roadmap, and lifecycle of the software solutions, for 3 (small) development teams:

Metrics (Google Analytics, MS Power BI, Tableau); analysing market trends, developing new product ideas, creating actionable strategies.

Regarding the product ownership facet of the position, you will be heavily supported by two business analysts (who work as product owners) in a Scrum environment, with cross-functional teams (developers, UI / UX, business analysts, project manager), gathering customer and stakeholder insights to develop very innovative and compliant solutions.

Product Manager – the person:

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in software development product management and: possess strong self-motivation, excellent self-management, and organisational skills, including employee and project management, and multitasking abilities.

The ability to work remotely is key – the entire team is remote and works across 4 European countries, including the UK.

Any healthcare software experience (especially Dental) useful.

Key competencies include market research, product strategy, stakeholder management, UX design, agile methodology, data-driven decisions, product lifecycle management, problem-solving, and customer focus.

Salary to £60,000 + bonus, plus to 6% pension, 25d holiday, 4x life insurance and health-related.
