We are working with an industrial manufacturer based in Dunstable who re looking for a Production Manager to join the team. This is such an amazing opportunity for somone who wants to take that step up, someone who is tenacious and driven. This position will grow over the next few years with the companies expansion plans.
Your main roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Managing of up to 15
- Hands on - 20% / Hands off 80% - you will have to be very hands on with the machinery if there is a need for it.
- Man management - Training/Development, 121s, Sickness, Holiday planning etc
- Production Planning
- Conducting Daily quality tests
- Implementing & Delivering weekly KPI targets
I'm looking to speak to candidates who have experience within a manufacturing industry as a lead or supervisor who want the opportunity to step up and prove they have what it takes. The role can be physically demanding as you are on the shop floor.
