Product Manager

Overview

As Product Manager you'll have responsibility for leading a cross-functional team focused on our B2C mobile app experience, where you’ll play a key role setting the direction for how we’ll continue to enable candidates to find a job they love.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, own and lead an ambitious vision for Reed Online’s B2C jobseeker app.
• Have a deep understanding of how your product creates value for customers and consistently track key metrics to understand how your product is performing.
• Maintain a product roadmap and backlog of epics and user stories to give your team clear direction and priorities.
• Confidently manage and influence stakeholders, generating buy-in to the vision you’ve set for the product.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive product delivery.

Skills and Experience

• Background in B2C facing experiences, with a track record in delivering tangible outcomes.
• Ability to understand and define customer problems and identify product opportunities.
• Problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Experience in conducting market analysis and customer research.
• Strong understanding of product design and testing methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
