Due to growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Manager to join us to hold responsibility for and drive our Server and Storage portfolio, reporting into our Operations Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who has previous Vendor Manager experience, preferably within Dell/HPE (or similar S&S Vendors), to join us and execute our business plan to develop this area of the Company.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own the Kubus server & storage brand by building and maintaining relationships with all partnered vendors.
- Work with the marketing team to execute marketing plans for the server and Storage vendors.
- Create regular blogs and other external marketing materials surrounding technology within the vendor portfolios.
- To keep updated with current industry trends and advise leadership team of potential strategic changes required.
- Discuss solutions for a wide range of technical projects within the Small/Medium business, Enterprise and Service Provider sectors.
- Provide input on training to the Sales teams on technologies, processes, and products.
- Attend customer meetings with the sales team to increase overall sales.
- Work with Management to define an appropriate response to secure access to the associated opportunities.
- Contribute to complex and diverse bids and projects within the practice area for a broad range of multi-vendor solutions.
Experience & Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in vendor relationships with the skills to create business plans and execute against them while involving multiple departments.
- Demonstrate broad, practical knowledge of server & storage technologies and full project cycle implementation.
- Competent using Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to produce and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to work on own initiative or work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Motivated and enthusiastic.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this role is up to £50,000 per annum, depending on previous experience within a similar role. We also have a competitive quarterly bonus scheme.

Location & Hours:
Usual working location will be at our office based in Kemble, Gloucestershire. We also have a flexible Hybrid Working policy which enables a mix of office and home working.
Our working hours are Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00/09:00-17:30 & Friday 08:30-16:30/09:00-17:00.
