Job Title: Production Manager (DAYS Mon-Fri)
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: 50 - 55,000 + Bonus

Role
Report directly to the Company Directors and will be responsible for Oversee the day-to-day production operations within the factory. Managing production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, optimizing efficiency, and leading a team of production staff to achieve production targets. Responsibilities
Develop and execute production plans to meet company targets, coordinating with the Planning Department to optimise schedules and workflows. Ensure production processes run efficiently while maintaining high standards of product quality and safety. Regularly monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Lead and motivate production staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Coordinate with other departments like quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve issues and implement process improvements. Requirement
Level 3 Food Safety / Level 3 HACCP (desirable) IOSH QSHE 5 years Production Management experience in a Food production environment. BRC/Food Safety Knowledge Strong leadership skills and an excellent team player Resilience, integrity and a strong work ethic
