Team: There is headcount to grow a team but it will be down to the successful individual to scope.

Hybrid Working: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home

I’m working with an AI-focused tech company based in London that is looking to add a Product Marketing Lead to take on the lead Product Marketing activities for their flagship Product. The company has grown into a global player in the AI space they have gone through the teenage growing pains start-ups go through and now an adult business, they are at the stage where multiple career achievements are on offer, still as agile and fast-paced as a start-up but with the processes collaboration and lack of ego you find at big corporates. The role reports into the CMO with a dotted line into the CCO

They had a record-breaking 2023 as AI boomed and they landed several major global clients in the Construction industry. 2024 is focused on growing its customer base on a global basis, they are currently working with multiple clients across the UK, EU, US and South America. This role will be responsible for leading the Product marketing strategy globally, you will live and breathe the product and be the go-to expert on how the product works. This role will have a broad remit and cover all aspects of Product including Product Strategy, creating compelling content and working with the sales leadership to understand the product's direction and get real-world feedback from Customers.

The brand is a well-established player in the AI world, over the last couple of years, they have developed a loyal customer base who engages with them and their content and have been held up as a leader in AI space.

The role is going to the champion of the Product across the business and be a company expert on the product now and it’s future vision, as they continue to focus on expansion you will work with the CMO and CPO to support Marketing activities and create a best-in-class content marketing function

The role is based in London and will be required to be in the office three days a week for team-related collaboration.

Role responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Product Marketing strategies in-line with broader marketing strategy
• Create compelling messaging and positioning to differentiate our product in the market.
• Hands-on create high-quality sales materials, including case studies, battle cards, presentations, one-pagers among others.
• Develop product-based content such as tutorials, demonstrations, videos, “how to” guides, product webinars and website content, in partnership with other team members and freelancers.
• Collaborate and engage with customers to create customer stories and facilitate webinars and conference sessions.
• Lead the implementation of go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
• Collaborate with sales teams and sales enablement.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams as a subject matter expert for the platform.
• Drive impact: Measure success by tracking relevant performance KPIs

The Product Marketing Lead role requires the following experience: 

• An outstanding experience in Product Marketing preferably in AI Tech or scale-up environment
• Hands-on experience in developing high-quality marketing collaterals for B2B tech companies
• Strategic thinking – ability to transform technological features and capabilities into a clear and appealing business proposition.
• Creative storyteller
• Ideally a bit of Nerd – someone who lives and breaths Tech & Content
• Experience working in a consultative not combative business environment would be beneficial.
