What you’ll be doing?
Analyse consumer needs/current market trends from an ROI perspective and assess competitor offerings
Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programmes
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product & market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organisation
Who are we looking for?
Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), methodologies and product management best practices
Familiarity with Agile project management tools and software
Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar
Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in an Agile environment where you will have worked closely with Agile Project Managers, Business Analysts, and development teams to drive product delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate user needs and business requirements into actionable product features
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering customer value
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering products or features in an Agile and Waterfall environments.
