Our Story

At Radar Healthcare, we’re dedicated to improving patient safety by bringing together the expertise of healthcare professionals and the power of intuitive software. So if you’re up for an exciting challenge and want to be part of a team that’s making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Our Values

At Radar Healthcare, we are all proud of our values-led, open, supportive and inclusive culture. It's just as important that anyone joining our friendly team share the same values as us, to ensure we're all on the same page from day one, so we're looking for people who feel aligned to the following:

Customer focused with a partnership approach

Open, honest and transparent

Innovative

Our People & Culture

At Radar Healthcare, we understand and celebrate the fact that our people are our best assets! We are proud to showcase our diverse and passionate talent that encapsulates our vision, purpose and values in our shared mission of innovation in healthcare. We’re an ambitious but caring team, and so supporting our colleagues and partners is always a top priority. Not to mention, we’re not all work and no play – we love getting together to celebrate our achievements together in various settings, whether it be our winter and summer socials, our people-led full company days, team get togethers or simply just interacting and supporting one another over coffee breaks either remotely or in person at our amazing Leeds office.

We're also super proud to be Great Place to Work-Certified, based on outstanding feedback directly from our team earlier this year, with 91% of the team agreeing that they "would strongly endorse my company to friends and family as a great place to work"

The Opportunity

We're seeking an agile and customer-focused Product Owner to join our team and guide our product journey from conception to delivery. As a key player in building our product/s, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, identifying user needs and assessing value to help make our company vision a reality.

Demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you'll represent the team both internally and externally as an ambassador of our product! In addition, you'll gather feature requests, coordinate sprints and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.

If you're a creative thinker with 3+ years experience in a similar role - we'd love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing to make a difference:

  • Developing and maintaining an appropriately prioritised backlog of user stories for implementation.
  • Developing scope and defining backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the software development team.
  • Solving product-related problems, making decisions, and completing trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
  • Possessing a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience, integration and dependencies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
  • Assessing value, developing cases and prioritizing stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Identifying and helping the client understand the business model, value and value proposition.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as key contact for queries related to the product.
  • Developing appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
  • Representing the team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.
  • Working closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that fits the company vision and strategy.
  • Following our competitors and the industry.

Your journey so far...

  • 3+ years experience working in Product Management.
  • Experience of managing stakeholders and their expectations.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Have the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
  • Able to demonstrate great interpersonal skills and relationship building.
  • Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
  • Practice excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to demonstrate sound attention to detail and discipline skills.

Even better if you…

  • Have experience in healthcare software services.
  • Have experience of software as a service.
  • Have experience of digital adoption tools.
