This role will include but not be limited to supporting the General Manager in the day to day running of the company and being the customer facing first port of call for all members:
- Liaising with our members
- Maintaining company systems and compiling reports
- Diary management
- General office support
- Uniform administration
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Ordering of supplies and equipment
- Providing personal assistance to senior management
- Preparation of payroll and accounting tasks
The successful applicant will enjoy working in a fast paced and changeable environment with members (parents and children where required) with diplomacy, discretion and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional computer skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Impeccable organisation
You will be a brilliant multi-tasker and a highly organised individual with an impeccable telephone manner as well as excellent written communication skills.
Candidates should be efficient, presentable, calm and polite under pressure, with a can-do team spirit approach.
Salary: £21,000-£24,000 p/a (depending on experience)
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
1pm-9pm on a Wednesday
This position is a work from home position with travel to our UK centres where required and with agreement of all parties.
