The ideal candidate will ensure that all press content (commercial, internal) is produced on time and to the highest standards
Responsibilities:
👉 Responsibility for ensuring that all digital content across all Hurst Group Limited activity is produced to an exceptionally high standard in an efficient and timely manner, whether created by Hurst or originally provided as raw copy by advertisers or other commercial partners, and is compliant to all applicable laws and regulations (esp. ASA/CAP)
- Commercial content: editorial, advertorial and advertising copy for all HMC and HML products.
> Digital Native Content Marketing and Digital Native Solus Content Marketing
> Digital Brand Advertising
> Digital Competitions
👉 Manage the digital design team to achieve the above:
- create and manage all production processes and people to ensure that all content (commercial, marketing) is produced on time and to the highest standards
- create guidelines, goals, checkpoints, and objectives for employees to improve productivity while also providing support and motivation
- Liaise with advertiser and media owner customers, and/or internal stakeholders (Sales and Marketing) to ensure smooth workflow and successful project completion
Key Tasks:
- Run the press design function and team
- Manage scheduling & workloads
- Manage copy chasing and delivery on deadlines
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- Monitor day-to-day quality control, compliance and delivery
- Manage content storage on HGL servers
- Pre-flight press activity
- Loading completed content onto media owner systems
- Internal and external liaison on all matters production
Qualifications
'A1; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
'A1; 2+ years of production experience
'A1; Strong organisational and managerial skills
