Production Coordinator (Ntp)

NTP aims to extend the life of NT productions, without subsidy, in London's West End, on tour throughout the UK, on Broadway, internationally, and in collaboration with co-producing partners around the world.

NTP are looking for an excellent Production Coordinator to assist the General Management team with all aspects of the day-to-day running and administration of productions, including being the main point of contact for allocated productions and the NTP General Management team.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Proven administrative experience gained in a production, events, or similar capacity.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure, while remaining a calm and reassuring presence in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability and confidence to deal with people at all levels including face to face, over email, on the telephone and while addressing large groups.
• Previous experience of managing and tracking spend against budgets.
• Proven experience coordinating UK and/or International tours.
