About you
You will have experience managing a team within a raw meat setting, preferably Beef but Pork is also of interest. You will have extensive knowledge of the processes involved and be a strong people manager with experience overseeing teams of over 200 people. You will have had a customer facing aspect in previous roles and be comfortable not only on the shop floor but beyond.

- Ensuring good housekeeping is maintained.
- Ensuring that Quality, Health and Safety and other Company policies are adhered to and liaising with relevant departments to ensure issues are resolved
- Maintaining good employee relations and promoting equality of opportunity.
