Role Overview:
As a Productivity Manager at Purplebricks, you're not just a numbers person - you're a magician who turns operations into an efficient, well-oiled machine. Your mission is to dig into our procedures and systems, shake things up, and make them shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough examination of operational functions, identifying areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance overall productivity.
- Analyse existing processes, uncover bottlenecks, and craft strategies to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement new systems or technologies that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes, tweaking where necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Deep dive into cost efficiencies - strive to deliver at least 5x the value of your own role in cost savings.
- This should all be approached through the lens of customer experience, we don't want to just slash costs, we want to endeavour to deliver an incredible customer offering.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role where you've successfully optimised operational processes.
- A knack for identifying inefficiencies and a track record of implementing effective solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with different teams.
- Tech-savvy - familiarity with real estate and online platforms is desirable.
