Programme Manager - London (Hybrid) - £550-£700 per day (inside IR35) - 6 months+
My client, a FTSE 100 company, is on the hunt for a Programme Manager to play a broad and impactful role in delivering the relevant Productivity Agenda.
The role holder will be required to move between strategy and operational details to set priorities for a diverse business project team so as to keep them aligned and focused to ensure brilliant execution.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, Organises & Communicates: Develops the project approach and impacts from a broad business perspective and from a place of high ambiguity.
- Creates clarity for business stakeholders on what needs to be delivered and how.
- Proactively anticipates impacts of the current and future project phases
- Craft the next phase of the plan while still bringing clarity to stakeholders and project members on the current phase
Skills:
- Warehouse management
- Distillation / maturation experience
- SAP experience - S4 Hana ideal
- Successfully delivered on large scale programs
- Governance routine and driving planning and managing resourcing
- Project Manager experience in a multinational environment
- Status facilitating on project plans to deliver updates to key stakeholders
- Steering Committee meetings with all relevant stakeholders
- Strong experience with senior managers
- Excellent organisational leadership capabilities
