SalaryWe're recruiting for an organised Programme Manager to ensure that high-quality education and leadership development solutions are delivered.
This is a permanent, full-time vacancy offering a salary of up to £32,000 along with excellent benefits.
In this varied Programme Manager role, you'll be working in the Executive Education team undertaking the following areas of responsibility:
- Deliver programme end-to-end design, management and delivery for both open enrolment and customised leadership development and executive education programmes
- Actively participate in development and design meetings with clients to discuss establish learning, leadership and organisational development requirements in collaboration with the Client Development team
- Ensure that all materials prepared for programmes, events and projects are accurate
- Lead the organisation, hosting and management of programme activities both on and off-site and online
- Ensure effective programme budget management, financial recording and reporting
- Implementation, use and analysis of participant feedback questionnaires to benchmark and assess the impact of learning and analyse results showing return on investment
- Ensure all the necessary paperwork is completed to submit work for programme approval in line with requirements
- Support proactive business development
We're looking for someone with experience in executive or adult education and learning design and implementation.
Strong administrative skills, a high level of attention to detail and prioritising is essential.

37.5 hours per week working predominantly Monday-Friday
Salary:
Up to £32,000 per annum
