This is a key hire within our new IMO (Integrated Management Office) and as such, you will place a crucial role in shaping the function and will drive successful major change and transformational programmes/portfolio activities at a Group Level within the organisation.
About the role
- Oversee and manage the overall planning, coordination, and execution of various programs and projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track and report project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
About you
- Thorough understanding of project/programme management techniques and methods.
- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting.
- Highly effective in dealing with major suppliers and Exec Level stakeholders.
- Expert in all areas of risk management.
- Expert level planning and scheduling skills.
- Proficient leadership, organisational, delegation and team building skills for the effective management across large business change programmes.
- Expert networking, presentation and negotiating skills.
- Ability to think strategically and communicate a vision/strategy effectively.
