I am working with a client who is looking for a temp to complete a project for 4 days next week.
The client requires a temporary administrator to go through all of their personnel records.
The individual will go through the company personnel records, one by one, using a check list to check the content of the paper files and that everything is in place (contracts, right to works, review forms etc). The candidate will then check this against the electronic file, ensuring that everything has been scanned, labelled and saved correctly. Finally, the candidate will need to check the individuals record in the HR management system to ensure their details are correct (name, address, payroll number, emergency contact etc) and up to date on the system. Anything missing needs recording and when possible, followed up to obtain the records.
This project will run until the job is completed so may be shorter for some candidates.
Hours of work will be 9am - 17.00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Candidates must be available to start next week.
