We are very excited to be recruiting a Project Administrator for our client based in Aylesford, near Maidstone. The successful candidate will be organised, adaptable and have previous experience working within an Administration role. We have had great feedback from previous candidates who have worked for this company.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

• Answering inbound calls and responding to emails
• Updating of existing work tickets
• Co-ordinate reactive responses to breakdown calls
• Communicating with field engineers and sub-contractors
• Data Entry
• Raising jobs and work tickets
• On hand to support service team
• Day to day admin around the office and providing general support to the team

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

• Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
• Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
• Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
