Project Administrator

Are you available immediately? Do you have a background in Operations / Project Support Administration?  Are you good with Data, scheduling and working to deadlines in a busy environment? If so, this role could be for you.

Reed is working with a large brand based in Hemel Hempstead who are seeking a capable and upbeat Operations Administrator to join the busy team supporting different projects on a Temp basis to start ASAP.  The role could go permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Collaborate with project and service managers. 
• Providing administrative support to your designated team
• Project Support
• Schedule installations and Maintenace requirements 
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries.
• Manage inboxes. 
• Diary Management 
• Liaise with parties to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document typing. 

 Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills. 
• Good MS Excel
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Enjoy dealing with people. 

The hours: Monday - Friday 9am -17.00pm (30-minute lunch) 
The location: Hemel Hempstead, plenty of onsite parking
