SalaryWe are recruiting for a Project Assistant to assist in the coordination, design and delivery of WISPA’s work across Belfast and support the Project Manager in the development of the project. Training will be provided.
KEY TASKS:
· Assist in programme logistical planning, implementation and management
- Timetabling; budgeting; booking facilities and coaches in timely manner; advertising programmes
· Develop marketing material (videos, reels, online campaigns, posters) to promote physical activity participation to women in Belfast
· Maintain and update all social media channels and monthly newsletter.
· Update website and increase web traffic.
· Assist in the preparation of funding applications and report writing.
· Liase with community officers and sporting bodies to understand and identify any changing physical activity needs of women in our community
· Assist in the management and evaluation of our programmes and present results
· Assist in the management of WISPA NI exercise equipment (stock taking, security, transport to location, maintenance)
· Keep logs of instructor / coach qualifications and CPD
· Assist in developing and supporting working partnerships with service providers (instructors and coaches) and charitable / community-based organisations and facilities
· Assist in keeping WISPA NI Policy Documents up-to-date
· Uphold and promote the WISPA NI culture, ethos and brand.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
