Project Coordinator

c. £30,000 + Bonus
Our client is a busy and professional firm based out of lovely offices at Sherwood Business Park. At an exciting time of growth and change, we are looking to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator to join the Operations Team.
As an integral part of the team, you will have responsibility of managing multiple projects at various stages once handed over from the Sales Team - through to successful delivery and installation. You will be working closely with many departments within the business to ensure each aspect and resource required is on schedule. You will manage the procurement for each project in the most effective way, using existing, and identifying new suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects from their initiation through to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans and communicate these to the project team and key stakeholders
- Hold and participate in internal and external technical meetings
- Actively manage and update the project timeline, risks and costs
- Escalate key risks/non-conformances and issues to the Project Team Manager
- Coordinate multiple projects, which may be at varying stages of the development process
- Ability to source and negotiate with suppliers and distributors
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and accurately kept up to date

- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Ability to co-ordinate and work on multiple projects efficiently and effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of SAP or a similar system would be advantageous
