We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing Professional Services team.
This is a full time, permanent role with a base salary up to £25,000 dependent on experience.

About this role
Pennington Choices is a UK wide consultancy and surveying company working across the built environment. We have a unique opportunity to join our Professional Services division, as we embark on our next five year growth strategy.
Professional Services include our consulting, project management, and technical assurance teams who provide support to clients across the built environment including building safety, property compliance, regulatory compliance and governance, asset management, net zero and sustainability, organisational change, and health and safety.

Role objectives
- Project coordination and scheduling – system administration, job set-up, project planning and resource planning, client feedback process and supporting client projects.
- Performance management – collating and analysing client feedback and key performance information.
- Data management – collating, formatting and delivering data for project progress reports and business planning. Assisting with the delivery of data validation projects.
- Research and administration – delivery of research requests from wider team, quality assurance and formatting of client reports, folder and file management, supporting ISO quality processes, supporting the Professional Services Manager and Head of Knowledge and Client Insight, ad-hoc administrative requests, mailbox management and team meetings.
- Business development and training – liaison across the business to develop new training packages, dealing with new enquiries (calls, emails, face-to-face), training delivery process, working with marketing team to support event management.
- Personal development – take ownership of your own development pathway (with appropriate support).

- Strong planning and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills – writer and oral.
