Yolk Recruitment is searching for a Quality Project Coordinator to work with a renowned Aerospace company that is at the forefront of space exploration and travel.
We are looking for a strong quality and project professional to join a New Developments Programme within the Quality Department covering Airframe, Systems and Powerplants. This will involve strategic modifications, aiming at maximizing improvements to aircrafts whilst minimizing the industrial impact.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and run the Quality project integrated into the assigned New Development project
- Act as the single focal point for Quality for assigned projects, guiding the project Team
- Coordinate the network of all Quality Functions involved in the Team
- Implement and monitor all preventive activities to ensure Quality, and especially drive the disciplined application of the Quality Standards
- Ensure projects' compliance to the Product Development Process and the Programme Quality Policy
- Prevent Non-Quality by setting and monitoring specific Quality project targets
Essentials
- Experience in Quality, competence in Quality Standards such as Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Key Characteristics/Critical Items (KC/CTI), Control Plan, Measurement Systems Analysis, Statistical Process Control.
- Competence in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- Experience in Programmes, Engineering, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Configuration Management
