Working for a leading organisation in Sheffield (South) you will be part of a thriving organisation who due to growth require a Project Coordinator to join the business with immediate effect on a temporary basis ( this role has a view to a permanent role subject to the discretion of the business)

Immediate start in March 2024
Salary guide £24,000 - £26,000 based on experience
Temporary to start with a view of temp to perm
Full time office based
Monday to Thursday 8.30 -5 and Friday 8.30 - 2.30
Sheffield - south Sheffield S20 location
This will be a busy role reporting to the Operations Manager and the main purpose of the role will be to support with project coordination. Ideally the successful applicant will ideally have held a similar role previously and be able to demonstrate this , duties of the position will include;
- Responsible for project work orders - working to timescales, estimation budgets and client requirements
- Work to prioritise projects and the projects needs
- Organise and plan the coordination of sub contractors and installations
- Attend client meeting to update on projects , maintain client relationships
- Meet H&S requirements for the role
- Prep of RAMS
- Management of project documentation
- A good, intermediate level knowledge of MS Office is required

The successful applicant will be available to start with immediate effect as this role will start as a temporary role
Previous projects or projects admin experience is required
