What does the role involve?
As a Project Manager in our Business Change function you will oversee end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of assigned business change projects, using a standard project management methodology. Working to satisfy regulatory requirements and the Novuna mission of outstanding customer experience at all times.
This is a hybrid position whereby a minimum of 2 days per week you will be required to work from our Leeds office.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, controlling and reporting activities and act as main point of contact for any project related inquiries or concerns
- Ensuring that comprehensive project, quality, and risk plans are prepared and maintained, and that issues are actively managed through to their successful resolution
- Collaborating and building relationships with stakeholders to offer support and stay on target
- Ensuring that processes and procedures are well documented and in line with market requirements, identifying and mitigate any project risks
What are we looking for?
You are a natural-born communicator, strategic thinker, and most of all you're operationally focused when it comes to solving problems. You come with great knowledge of commercial business implementation and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table and building strong professional relationships. Your strong organisation skills allow you to successfully prioritise your workload to execute and deliver the desired outcomes on your assigned projects within a timely manner.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders across all levels
- Organisation and time management skills, demonstrating the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel and Visio skills
- Effective decision-making skills
