Responsibilities
• Ensure delivery of planned maintenance service according to policies and procedures.• Lead project management of complex and large projects.• Negotiate appointments and shape projects.• Develop timetables and ensure projects meet time targets.• Assess risks and progress schemes to overcome risks.• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and design brief.• Consult with stakeholders including local authorities and tenants.
Requirements
• Degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in Building/Construction.• 1 year relevant experience with Building/Construction function OR• BTEC Higher or equivalent Level 5 qualification in Building/Construction.• 2 years relevant experience with Building/Construction function OR• Significant experience in 3 of the 5 specified areas.• Understanding of NEC 3 or NEC 4 Suite of Contract.• Understanding of good governance in project management.• Full current driving licence and access to transport.

• Effectively controlling expenditure for maintenance contracts.• Managing and delivering projects to targets and standards.• Delivering against performance indicators.• Collecting and analyzing performance monitoring statistics.• Providing technical construction advice on maintenance contracts.
