Project Manager Label Associate

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Project Manager Label Associate. This role is part of our Global Labelling Strategy and Compliance team. The successful candidate will support the Labeling Process Management team in managing various labelling activities, ensuring compliance with labelling processes, and providing operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Support labelling activities associated with legal entity manufacturing change.
• Collaborate with Local Affiliates, along with Regional Regulatory Affairs and Operations colleagues, to plan and implement label changes.
• Provide process and system support.
• Supply artwork source text and process support as necessary.
• Participate in Labelling Submissions meetings to provide input on labelling processes.
• Provide regional operational support for labelling.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in Global Labelling, Regulatory in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to work well independently and within teams.
• Proficiency in the use of document management tools.
• Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work well with others in demanding situations.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Ability to take initiative and drive results.
• Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to anticipate and resolve problems.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Degree in pharmaceuticals, natural science or medicine is preferred.
• Previous experience in global labelling and project management.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
