Location: Remote/Onsite: Cambridge (preferred) or at least open to travel there on a need basis

Job description:

• Over fifteen years’ experience of Project Management which includes experience in domains like Clinical research, Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety Operations
• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects related to the implementation, maintenance, upgrade and migration of the Oracle Argus safety database system.
• Has Understanding about Pharmacovigilance business, Case Processing, Expedited and Periodic Reporting and Argus Safety Data Model
• Proven ability to understand user requirements, Excellent Project management and analytical skills with ability to function in fast paced team oriented and continuously changing environment and consistently meet the deadlines and budget with keen attention to details.
• Well versed with Software development Life cycle and System Validation Lifecycle for regulations across US, Europe and Asia.
• Key responsibilities include Project planning, team management, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in pharmacovigilance.
• Work closely with customer and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timelines
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• The Project Manager will be involved in risk assessment, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Work with teams to identify risks and opportunities across teams
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
