We're seeking a motivated individual to join our client's Rental team, as a Translation and Interpretation Project Manager, responsible for recruiting and coordinating teams of Simultaneous Interpreters and translators for our global events.
Your role will involve providing specialised expertise and ensuring top-notch service delivery to their customers/clients across various projects. Maximising sales and profitability while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders are key aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Interpreting and Translation sector.
- Recruit, source, and coordinate teams of Simultaneous Interpreters and translators for events worldwide.
- Assist in managing document translation projects.
- Prepare and issue quotations in line with company guidelines and profit targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments for seamless operations.
- Manage interpreter and translator contracts.
- Generate purchase orders for interpreters and translators.
- Maintain regular and efficient communication with interpreters, translators, customers, and clients using our database.
- Handle customer/client administration, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Cultivate and nurture business relationships within our database.
- Promote rental activities of our solutions.
- Perform office administration duties, including telephone management.

Work Hours:
This is an office-based role with standard hours from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required due to the nature of the industry.
Training:
Onsite training will be provided under supervision.
Holidays:
1.5 days earned per month worked up to the end of the first year, therefore 20 days per annum thereafter, in addition to national holidays.
