Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and present recommendations to support decision-making.
- Maintain, develop, and review systems to maximize service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Plan workloads, lead projects, and secure resources to enhance service delivery.
- May assist with budget/resource management and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Degree qualified or significant vocational experience.
- Professional qualification or demonstrable knowledge in relevant business disciplines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of computerized business systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer expectations, work autonomously, and manage multiple projects.
- Previous practical or professional experience in a specialist area or supporting service teams.
- Applied understanding of national and local politics and current national policies.
- Proven ability to initiate change and bring about service improvements through stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to work in an agile organisation and travel within the county.
