SalaryInsure Recruitment has partnered with a thriving International insurance leader to recruit a talented and driven Account Executive to join their expanding Real Estate Team.
In this exciting role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of wholesale and direct clients, supporting them through their delegated scheme.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth within your book of business (South/South-East UK).
- Develop strong client relationships and ensure a smooth and efficient renewal process.
- Negotiate competitive terms with brokers to deliver the best value for clients.
- Shine during client visits, showcasing your expertise and building lasting partnerships.
- Continuously learn and develop your insurance knowledge to stay ahead of the curve.
To be successful, you will have:
- A strong foundation in Property/Real Estate insurance, with qualifications like Dip CII or Cert CII (or actively working towards them).
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in retail, wholesale, or directly with an insurer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A passion for exceeding client expectations and a track record of success in client service.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The eligibility to work in the UK.

- Highly attractive base salary + uncapped commission incentive (25% over threshold)
