I am on the lookout for ambitious individuals looking to build a career within the busy new build residential property centre as an Account Manager. Working for a leading business, this varied role is a chance to partner with some of the UK and the Worlds leading new home builders and actively manage the selling process from offer stage, all the way through to completion.

Job requirements

• Respond to all email and telephone enquiries from potential applicants in a timely manner.
• Be the point of contact for all client queries.
• Manage and enhance existing client relationships
• Arranging property viewings and providing the client with accurate feedback.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is accounted for. (EPC, Terms of Business, Inventory)
• Maintain computer files including applications received, offers/ reports submitted and details of instruction and sale etc.
• Manage the process of a new instruction and liaise verbally and in writing with all relevant parties.
• Maintain detailed records of all actions, communication and other issues

• Liaise with the client/applicant and legal professionals in order to progress the deal to completion

Job skills

• A good understanding of the property market
• Back ground in sales/account management ideal
• Knowledge of the property sales sector
• Knowledge of sales progression is ideal but NOT ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience within a similar role is desired but NOT ESSENTIAL.
• UK driving licence
• Target driven, highly organised and an effective communicator.
• Attention to detail
• Able show initiative or part of a team
• Good time management skills.
• Able to commute around the North West
