Property Accountant

CMC Consulting are currently working with a growing business looking to expand their international presence and continue to flourish within their sector!
Our Client is looking to bring in a Property Accountant to their finance team, the successful candidate will be a tenacious and passionate finance professional that wants to progress within a growing business.
Roles and responsibilities:

• Ensure all journal entries, accruals and account reconciliations are produced accurately and in a timely manner
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and evaluations of properties, assessing profitability, occupancy rates, lease renewals, and return on investment
• Assist with the annual audits
• Oversee the transactional finance function
• Partner closely with property managers and stakeholders to create annual operating budgets and forecasts for cash flow

Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/ACMA)
• Prior experience within the property sector
