Property Administrator

Our client is looking to recruit a Property Administrator for their lettings business in Stocksbridge. This role is open to graduates with a relevant degree or those who have working experience in Property, Marketing or Administration.
This role involves marketing new properties on various sites, writing specifications and ensuring the listing has the correct images. As this is a busy office, you will also be required to complete some administration tasks and answer inbound queries.
Main duties to include:

• List new rental properties on relevant advertising platforms
• Ensure the property has an appealing description that focuses on the key selling points
• Upload photographs, ensuring they are of high quality and catch the eye of potential tenants
• Answer inbound telephone queries
• Send out relevant documentation for new tenants
• Ensure deposit funds have landed and been allocated correctly

We are looking for:

• Working experience in either Property, Marketing, Administration or a relevant degree
• Someone who is confident over the telephone
• Strong administration skills
• Knowledge of rental portals is desirable but not essential
• Good IT skills
