Property and Administrative Assistant – Beauly (part-time)

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take up an administrative role within our team based in Beauly.

The role

  • Dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries
  • Sending out brochures and home reports
  • Organising property viewings
  • Preparing property brochures
  • Assisting with general administrative duties

Skills and Experience

· Excellent organisational skills

· Comfortable engaging with clients and the general public

· A positive telephone manner

· Good IT skills using Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn bespoke Estate Agency software

· Prior experience in a similar role would be helpful but not essential as training will be given.

Hours of work are 18 per week – days and hours will be discussed at interview. An element of flexibility to provide cover is required.
