Property Housekeeper/Cleaner

You will play a direct role in setting the first impression for guests, to ensure quality and cleanliness whilst demonstrating how much we really care about our guests stay and experience.

You will be required to drive from job to job and complete each property cleanliness to a high standard alongside reporting any maintenance issues or any misuse of our properties to the Property Management Team.

Requirements and shifts:

• Access to a vehicle during shift hours - driving to different locations (reimbursed at 45p per mile)
• Access to a mobile phone with camera and data, during shift hours
• Shift timings 10:00 - 18:30 (with one weekend off/one weekend in as per business needs)
• Willingness to help other staff and departments with the same direction and goals

Responsibilities

• High standard of cleanliness and thoroughness
• High standard of attention to detail
• Professional, helpful and high quality assistance and conduct
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
• A professional but can-do attitude - not afraid to "get stuck in"
• Administration duties including (but not limited) Quality checks, Inventory stock-take, Order management
