Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of Property Litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, and property-related disputes.
• Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.

• Engaging in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in Property Litigation.
