Form of workNewstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Property Manager on behalf of our client based in Redbourn, Herts.
Working as part of a small office team, you will be managing all aspects of property operations.
The Person:
- Some previous property management experience is essential
- An excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Strong customer service / people skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- A good level of administrative skills is required
- Must have a full UK driving licence
The Role:
- You will be carrying out regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant information
- Dealing with follow up calls and admin as required
Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm - Hybrid working available
Salary:Up to £24,000 pa + Bonus - OTE £25,000 pa
