Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with contractors throughout the build or re-development process
• Handling maintenance and repair issues
• Typing up draft leases
• Chasing rents and managing service charges

• Addressing tenant enquiries and complaints

Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience is a must
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel

• Comfortable with taking on responsibility in a standalone role
